Notice of SF HK Service Adjustment

SFHK will fully resume local to-door delivery services from 23 March 2022. 

As for the buildings with confirmed cases in the past 14 days, customers may consider to pick up the shipment with our SFHK courier staff downstairs or arrange self-pick up at any outlet of the SFHK self-operated network. 

In addition, delivery services are still suspended for all isolation centers and community treatment facilities.

 *Owing to insufficient air flight capacity, we regret that extra time may be required for conveyance of your airmail items (including Speedpost) to certain destination despite the completion of local processes after posting. Please find the information at :

Where is my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track its delivery status while it makes its way to you.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Once you’ve placed your order within below period, we will process it within 5 working days (*except pre-ordered items) .

Pre-Order

Orders with pre-ordered items will be placed on hold and shipped altogether when the item/s are back in stock.

Delays

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and can vary depending on the part of the world you are in. Note that delivery times commence from the date of dispatch. ​Sorry, that we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, local duties and taxes, and items that are lost in transit.

Can I change / cancel my order?

Should you wish to change and cancel your order, please email us within 30 mins after order has been placed. *Cancel Fees might be charged additionally. 


No cancellation is allowed after an order has been processed.

Can I edit my shipping address ?

Should you wish to change your shipping address, please email us within 30 mins after order has been placed. 


We are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been processed. In case you did not collect your order and courier sent it back to us, we will charge for shipping fee and might send again.

What if I receive a wrong product?

We are so sorry if you received a product different from the one that you ordered.

What happens if my parcel(s) fail to be delivered or picked up?

Please ensure that your receipt name (Full name), delivery address and mobile number are accurate. We are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been processed. In case you did not collect your order and courier sent it back to us, we will charge for shipping fee and might send again.
