FREE-of-charge repair within 90 days
(Start from the date of purchase)

FREE-of-charge repair within 60 days (Start from the date of purchase)

Shipping fee

The cost of the return parcel will be borne by you , If you return after 14 days (Local orders) or 21 days (International orders ) from the date of receiving your orders.

CZ Stones , Simulated stones, Natural Gemstones (Please return us with the gemstone(s) or not you will be charged)

Exclusions

Sale item / Gift set / Goodie bag / Freebie / non- jewelry / non-LOVE BY THE MOON products are also not applicable for warranty.

How to return?

1. Please email to marketing.lovebythemoon@gmail.com (Tell us your full name , order number , detailed description of the repair ) 

2. We would send you a returns form 

3. You should print out & mail to us with the item/s you wish to return / exchange 

4. Once your return / exchange has been received & processed ,you will be notified via email. 

*Please returned via a tracked service. Damaged or lost items cannot be refunded or replaced. Please retain your proof of postage for your records, until we confirm by email that we have received your good.
