- Redemption Period: Online 1-22 December 2024 | Stores 1-31 December 2024.
- Christmas Gifts are available on official website, K11 MUSEA Store and Fashion Walk Store.
- Christmas Gifts are only eligible to members who achieved Gold/ Silver tier on or before 30 Nov 2024.
- Christmas Gifts can only be redeemed upon purchase (exclude polishing cloth, extension chain, gift card, packaging, earring backs, and ring sizer）
- The number of gifts is limited and available while supplies last.
- Each customer is limited to one gift.
- All gifts are non-transferable and non-returnable.
- Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
- In the event of a dispute regarding the return or exchange of jewelry resulting in a refund, all gifts must be returned in their original packaging along with the jewelry.
- In the event of any dispute, LOVE BY THE MOON Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.
