FAQs
If there's no one available to receive the package, how will the mail be handled?
For Local Orders
Hong Kong Post:
There will not be any prior delivery notification such as phone calls or text messages before delivery, only one deliver attempt will be arranged.
If there is no one available to receive the package, the mail carrier will leave a Mail Collection Notification Card for the recipient to collect the mail at the nearest post office.
It is recommended to ensure that there is someone available at the delivery address or make arrangements to collect the package from the post office at a later time before choosing this delivery method.
SF Express:
Recipient will be contacted by phone before delivery to confirm the delivery time. If change of delivery address and time is needed, it is advisable to contact SF Express directly as soon as possible. If there are concerns about receiving the package, you can consider using self-pickup services such as SF Express service points, SF Stores, or SF Smart Lockers.
For International orders
It will be subject to your local post office/carrier's procedures. Possibly, they would contact you via phone or send you a collection card. We recommend contacting your local post office/carrier to inquire about their specific protocols for handling undelivered packages. They will be able to provide you with further guidance and assistance in locating or rescheduling the delivery.
* If the package is not collected on time, it will be returned to us. If redelivery is needed, the shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
What if I haven't received my parcel or if it's lost in transit?
We ship local and overseas orders with a mail tracking service.
If your parcel has not arrived, or it is damaged or lost in transit, we recommend checking the delivery status with the local post office or logistics company. Please note that all postage risks are the responsibility of the customer.
If any parcel is returned due to incorrect information, additional fees may apply for re-posting. Please ensure that all information provided is accurate when ordering. Thank you for your understanding.

Can you declare my order as a gift or lower the declared value?
We are unable to declare orders as gifts or lower their declared values. We have to comply with import and export regulations and laws. Undervaluation of goods is taken very seriously by the authorities and can result in a fine or your goods being seized.
What if I refuse to pay the tax?
Your parcel will be held in customs for 3 weeks or up to a month before returning to us. You will be charged an additional shipping fee if we resend the parcel. In a worst-case scenario, your parcel will be confiscated by your local customs.
How much tax do I need to pay?
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges when they reach their destination country.
